The Land Trust of Danbury is a small but maturing organization dedicated to preserving Danbury’s natural beauty in perpetuity for the benefit of generations to come. Join us through membership or as a volunteer, or support us with a donation, or memorial or honorary gift. Whether you donate time, money or both, your generosity will help protect our woodlands, fields, ponds, vernal pools and other wetlands and natural areas for the nature education they facilitate, the perpetual enjoyment their scenic views and hiking trails offer and the critical habitats they provide for area wildlife.
The Land Trust also offers advice and counsel to individuals, families and business landowners on the various methods of land preservation and the possible tax benefits that may be realized.
